Hello! I’m a digital art director with expertise in UX and strong knowledge of code. I have been working in technology for the past 13 years on a range of products and services: iOS, iPad and Android apps, responsive websites and large e-commerce platforms. I have defined brand identities for the digital space (for Fred Segal, Kenneth Cole), improved the user experience of e-commerce websites and apps (Victoria’s Secret) with rapid prototyping in conjunction with user testing and data insights. On the developer side, I have coded several iOS apps (both front and backend) as well as smaller scale HTML / JavaScript websites for corporate and personal clients.

I am passionate about improving the quality of a product through code and design and mindful of its scalability and longevity during the process.

Digital Art Director, Steven Alan. Freelance. 2017
E-commerce website branding and design for both mobile and desktop. Steven Alan is a commerce space for a collection of fashion designers and their product lines.

iOS Developer, Subconscious Vision Board App. Pixel Export Company. 2017
Written in Swift 3.0 and powered by CoreData, the app allows users to add images from Photos, delete and re-arrange them by using long press gesture recognizer and play them at a rapid speed. I’ve implemented local notifications and stored them in UserDefaults to help users achieve their life goals. I also designed the app and its user experience.
Now live in the Apple App Store.

Helped with branding and design of a new responsive e-commerce website for a global retailer.

iOS Developer, ImSad App. Pixel Export Company. 2016
As the sole developer on the ImSad app, I was responsible for initial information architecture, database and push notification services selection, app development in Objective-C, writing server-side functions in JavaScript to support the app’s client-side interactions and backend maintenance.

Digital Art Director, Big Spaceship. Freelance. 2015
Branded, Art Directed and designed a new responsive fashion e-commerce website. Created custom grid system for the front end layer designed for scale and performance. Provided a visual style guide for the brand’s digital longevity.

UX Lead, Victoria’s Secret. 2015
Helped improve the user experience of the E-commerce website across devices in agile environment through rapid prototyping, user testing and data insights.

Digital AAD, Victoria’s Secret. 2013–2014
Worked on creating innovative design solutions for the company’s ongoing and new initiatives for the iOS / iPad apps and the e-commerce site. Trying out new technologies such as augmented reality brought a lot of joy to our work!

Sr. Digital Designer, Kenneth Cole. 2011–2012
Developed seasonal brand identity in the digital space. Responsibilities included a mix of concepting, design and art direction, overseeing the development of projects. Organized existing CMS and managed weekly site updates. Helped mentor the younger designers.

Designer – Sr. Interactive Designer, Liz Claiborne. 2006–2011
Worked on seasonal redesigns of the brand’s e-commerce websites and much of its supporting online creative, including homepages, product pages, online boutiques, email blasts, marketing banners and sweepstakes.
